Lighting Solutions for the Food Industry

For food processing workshops, LED high bay lights are the ideal solution. Boasting high luminous efficacy and anti-glare shades, their exclusive reflector design achieves an efficiency of up to 90%. Delivering exceptional energy savings, they reduce power consumption by 50%–60% compared to conventional HID luminaires. Outperforming alternative lighting solutions in visual comfort, illumination uniformity and glare control, they create a professional and ergonomic lighting environment. Equipped with a finned heat-dissipation structure, the lamps feature a larger heat-dissipation area and superior thermal conductivity, effectively lowering LED junction temperature, minimizing light depreciation and prolonging service life. Additionally, their lighter weight relative to comparable products makes them the optimal choice for indoor factory and workshop lighting.

Lighting quality serves as a criterion for evaluating the quality of factory lighting design. It mainly includes the following aspects: (1) Select luminaires with high efficiency and suitable light distribution curves. Select luminaires with different light distributions according to the suspension height of the luminaires on the factory building frame and the room index (RI). - When RI = 0.5–0.8, narrow-distribution luminaires are preferred; - When RI = 0.8–1.65, medium-distribution luminaires are preferred; - When RI = 1.65–5, wide-distribution luminaires are preferred. (2) Adopt lighting sources with appropriate color temperature and color rendering index that meet production requirements. (3) Meet the specified illuminance uniformity: The general illuminance uniformity in the working area shall not be less than 0.7, and the illuminance uniformity in the adjacent surrounding area of the working zone shall not be less than 0.5. (4) Meet the quality requirements for limiting direct glare: The Unified Glare Rating (UGR) shall comply with the provisions of GB 50034-2013, with a permissible value of 22. (5) Take measures to reduce the impact of voltage fluctuations and voltage flicker on lighting and prevent stroboscopic effects.

Lighting Solutions for Chemical & Metallurgical Industry

Lighting for the chemical and metallurgical industry mainly includes workshop lighting, plant lighting and warehouse lighting. Among them, workshop lighting has relatively high requirements, generally ranging from 400lx to 1000lx. Plant lighting is preferably 200lx to 300lx, while warehouse lighting only requires 50lx to 100lx. Industrial lighting should ensure the comfort and safety of workers while meeting the specified illuminance levels, with anti-glare treatment applied.
